Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

Certain types of goods, such as sale items, are exempt from being returned or refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items that have been opened
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@streetgarm.com.


Shipping for Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer service team at info@streetgarm.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
